Bueno despues de lo que me paso con lo de la fabrica en Urcos. En el pueblo de urcos es donde ustedes pueden comprar el mPan de Urcos que es un tipo de pan que lo hacen con una masa muy especial que es 100% natural de harina de trigo que es super deliciosa.
En la ruta pues hay mucha gente que se dedica al el cultivo de el maiz (choclo) que es el mas grande y dulse de el mundo... ahun por descubrir. y es ahy donde me encontre copn el pastor de nombre ARNOLD hahahaha que es una lugareño que se dedica a la produccion de el maiz.
Arnold es de la zona y cuando me pare a hablar con el pues nos quedamos a hablar como una hora y es ahy el donde me dijop que desde que tiene memoria toda su familia siempre se ha dedicado a la simbra de el maiz y peus cuando hablaba con el el me dijo que en el tiempo de los incas se conocia aproximadamente unos 400 tipos de maiz!!!!.
El me dice que eso es por que para los incas el maiz era importante para todo el tahuantinsuyo (los 4 reinos de el inca) y por eso es que el inca decubtrio tantosd por que algunos en especial tienes muchismos colores y tamaños. Y el choclo que ahora se produce mas es el mais blanco que es el mas concoido!
Despues de hablar con Arnold pues me fui en la bicicleta hasta Sucuani que es donde comi el mejor Queso frito...
Cuando ya se hacia tarde y despues de que la lluvia paso llege hasta la raya que es donde nace el rio vilcanota y el ramis que son los principales afluyentes... el ramis de el lago titicaca y en vilcanota que es uno de los principales afluyentes de el rio amazonas. En la Raya es el limite entre Cusco y Puno y ahy es donde pude ver uno de los paisajes mas lindos hasta ahora y con un drio de 0°c me fui hasta Santa rosa a pasar la noche.
Al dia siguiente pude ir hasta Ayaviri que es una de las cuidades en cresimiento de Puno y pues es ahy donde yo les recomiendo comer a todo el mundo en Cancacho ayavireño que es hecho de oveja que es lo mas rico que he probado hasta ahora pero se tiene que ir a la plaza de armas a buscar a la señora lucha! que ella es la mas antigua y con mejor sabor de toda la region.
Yo les recomiendo tener un día entero en Ayaviri por que es ahy donde pueden ir a las posas de agua caliente natural que es lo mejor que hay y es una lugar muy popular y donde el agua es caliente y con muchos minerales que ayuda a la piel a regenerarse.
Despues en la misma zona de ayaviri es donde se puede ir a el cañon de tinajani que es uno de los mas profundos de el Perú y es muy bonito por que ahy es donde existen unas piedras con formas de personas gigantes que es incredible.
Despues de Ayaviri a unas 3 horas en bicicleta se llega hasta el pueblo de Pucará que es donde estan los restos de la unica cultura de sudamerica que no pudo ser gobernada por los incas y la cultura se llama los Pucaras... es muy bonito tenerr un tiempo ahy ya que tiene mucha cultura e imformacion hacerca de que esa cultura tenia mucha relacion con los tihuanacotas que estaban en Bolivia. Y tambien es donde se pueden comprar los toritos de pucara!.
Y a 4 horas mas desde ahy esta Estrella que es una de las cuidades mas pobres de el camino corredor Puno Cusco y es ahy donde pude ver lo peor en salud a los niños.
Havia una dentista que le hacia una extraccion a un niño con un alicate normal y sin antestesia le voló el diente de un jalon. Y lo peor es que en la Posta medica de estrella no hay nada de equipamiento para medicina, odontologuia, pediatria. Lo unico que ellos tienen es paracetamol ya pasada la fecha de vencimiento.
